Selection process
goes through a two tier examination. Each entry is first assessed
by two independent assessors who are an industry specialists to
check that it meets the entry criteria. They then review the entries
and rank them on the basis of their assessment, bringing their strength
and weakness. The average of two ratings is taken into account for
comparative rankings. In case the difference in the two scorings
is more than 5%, the Head assessor also go goes through the application
and the three of them then discuss the differences and bring out
an agreed moderated score.

Any Organization,
however large, medium or small, whether in manufacturing, trading
service or profession, whether in Govt., public or private sector,
research organizations, NGOs and Service Sector covering tourism,
transport, couriers, hotel & hospitality, healthcare, education
& training, telecommunication, construction professional consultancies,
financial institutions etc. are eligible for the awards.
